When will I get the camp details?

-Camp mailings are sent out during the first week on July, regardless of your date of registration.  Please contact us if you haven’t received our mailing after the first week of July.

How is group placement determined?

-Group placement is based on age, teacher recommendation, and information you give us regarding private lessons.

What address can I use to find the camp registration desk on Monday?

-Registration is at the campus center, the address is: 100 W Home St, Westerville, OH 43081

What time is pick up/drop off?

-Elementary students can be picked up at 3PM each day, except Friday. 

-Middle School and High School students can be picked at 4:15 Monday-Wednesday and 3PM on Thursday.  All students can be picked up after the 5PM concert on Friday, .

When and where is the concert?

-The concert is at the campus center at 5PM on Friday.

What should my child wear for the concert?

-All campers wear their tie dyed camp t-shirt and casual pants/shorts of their choosing.  

Can my child still attend camp if they can’t be there every day?

-Yes, you just fill out our online absence form so we know which days your child is not in attendance.

What should I do if my child has an appointment during camp?

-Fill out the online absence form and make arrangements with your child’s director to designate a time and place to pick them up.

What do I do with my child’s prescription medications?

-Medicines are collected at registration on Monday and given to the camp directors to keep safe and administer per your instructions.

What is your refund policy?

-Full refunds must be requested four weeks before the start of camp, after that time you may be able to get a partial refund depending on the funds available after camp is over.
